Strategic Planning

Stafford County Public Schools’ Strategic Plan is a roadmap to guide the school division for the next five years and articulates specific elements of vision, mission, core values, goals, objectives and strategies. The plan was created and is annually updated by a committee of stakeholders from the school community. Key school division data in the areas of student performance, financial, and other data indicators that are used during the strategic planning process can be found in the Progress Towards Excellence Plan (PTEP).
